Stake.us rakeback not working — the actual reasons
If your rakeback is stuck at zero, the tab has vanished, or you have been playing for days with nothing accruing, it is almost never a bug. There are a handful of specific reasons this happens and they are easy to tell apart once you know what to look for. Here they are, in the order they are likely to be your problem.

This is the answer nine times out of ten. Rakeback is not a default feature you get for signing up — it has to be activated, and until it is, you accrue nothing no matter how much you play.
There are only two ways it turns on: reaching Bronze VIP, where a VIP manager enables it, or having created the account through an affiliate Stake.us cooperates with, which activates it automatically. A cold account below Bronze sits at zero indefinitely, working exactly as designed.
You're below Bronze VIP
If you signed up directly, Bronze is the gate. Everything you wager before reaching it generates house edge that you get no share of, which is the least rewarding period of play on the entire site.
Check your VIP progress. If you are not at Bronze yet, the rakeback is not broken — it has simply not started, and there is no way to speed that up other than volume.
You're looking in the wrong place
Rakeback does not appear on your main balance and it does not show up in your transaction history until you claim it. It lives in one place: the Rakeback tab inside the VIP section.
If you have been checking your balance and concluding nothing is accruing, that is why. The number only moves once you go and collect it.
The amount looks far too small
This one is not a fault either. Rakeback is a percentage of the house edge, not of what you wagered. At a 5% rate on a game with a 2% edge you are getting back roughly 0.1% of your turnover — so 1,000 SC played returns about 1 SC.

The fix that actually works
For almost everyone reading this, the problem is activation, and the only real solutions are grinding to Bronze or starting from an account where it is already on.

Because it pays a percentage of the house edge, not of your wager. A 5% rate against a 2% house edge returns around 0.1% of turnover — so 1,000 SC wagered is roughly 1 SC back. That's normal, not a fault.
